At Central Coast Vintage, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Condition

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories included. For safety reasons, certain items (e.g., opened blades, cut-to-length materials, or hazardous goods) may not be returnable — we’ll note this at the point of purchase.

How to start a return

Email alexturner9578@gmail.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, except where an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we cover it.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 7 business days.

Damaged or wrong item

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
